Sponsored Posts With Low Traffic
Many of the big networks offering sponsored posts require a minimum number of page views to be considered for an opportunity. Don’t get discouraged by this, as advertisers are starting to look at the bigger picture now in terms of not just website visitors but the overall reach among all social networks.
Even though visits to your website may not be huge, if your combined social media following is significant, you will be called an Influencer.
My website traffic numbers are not great either, but I’m currently working on a sponsored post (click here to see what it’s about) with Linqia. They pay US bloggers for writing about fashion, lifestyle, food, home decor, parenting, active living, wedding or travel.
With Linqia, you don’t need to worry so much about how many views you have on your website, since they’re more interested in the size of your social following. They require a minimum social following of 2,500, but you’ll be there in no time using my step-by-step guide to growing your Twitter followers.
I’ve also written a sponsored post for The Motherhood. Their network is less automated & more personal. They spend time matching up the right opportunity with the right individual. Again, website traffic was not a barrier for them. Here is the sponsored post I wrote for them.
Income Opportunity For Moms
I’m excited to share an upcoming income opportunity for Mom Resource moms. The offer is for moms and moms-to-be to talk about an app (through any method – tweet, post, pin) and get paid each time the app is downloaded using your unique link.
The app is free to download & the company is reaching out to bloggers to spread the word to other moms.
When I can disclose the full details, I will do so with the Mom Resource moms in our private Facebook group. If you want to find out more, make sure you join Mom Resource.
Congratulations To…
Emily from Morning Motivated Mom is our second 2-time winner! I love how Emily combines her interest in early morning routines with blogging, and she’s even able to promote a fellow mom-blogger’s online course on the subject.
Who knew there was so much attention being paid to achieving an outstanding morning routine? Thank you Emily for sharing your passion & I will definitely be paying more attention to my (currently nonexistent!) morning routine. You can read Emily’s winning post here.
